없음.SHIPMENT: Date of Bill of Landing shall be accepted as a conclusive date of shipment. Five(5)days grace in shipping shall be allowed. Partial shipment and/or transhipment shall be permitted unless otherwise stated in the contract. The Seller shall not be responsible for any delay of shipment. should the Buyer fail to provide timely the letter of credit in confirmity with the contract or on case the sailing of the steamer designated by the Buyer be deferred beyond the prearranged date of shipment.

선적: 선적 선하증권을 받은 날짜가 확정적인 선적 날짜입니다. 5일의 유예는 허락합니다. 분할선적과 환적은 계약서에 다른 특별한 언급이 없는 한 허락합니다. 판매자는 여타 선적지연에 대한 책임이 없습니다. 수입업자는 신용장 결제기간내에 선적이 지연되는 것에 대비해 신용장 기일을 예정해야합니다.

FORCE MAJEURE: should shipment and/or delevery of all or part of the merchandise be prevented restrictions, act of God, war, blockade, revolution, insurrection, mobilization, strike, lockout, civil commotions, riots, plague or other epidemic, destruction, of the goods by fire, typhoon, flood, or due to any other cause or cause beyond the control of the Seller, the contract shall be void to the extent of such portion, the shipment or delivery of which is still so prevented.

불가항력 조항: 상품의 선적에 지연에 대해 다음의 상황은 책임이 없는 것으로 한다. 천재지변, 전쟁, 해상봉쇄, 혁명, 반란, 군사동원, 폭동, 시민운동, 파업, 전염병, 상품의 화재, 태풍, 홍수 또는 이 계약서에 없는 다른 불가항력 조항을 포함해 수출업자가 통제할 수 없는 경우 선적지연에 대한 책임을 부가하지 않는다.

INSPECTION: The inspection of quality shall be done according to the export regulations of korea and/or by the manufactures and/or suppliers which shall be considered as final. Should any specific inspector be designated by the Buyer, all additional charges thereby incurred shall be borne by the Buyer and shall be added to the invoice amount, for which the letter of credit should stipulated accordingly.
